The vehicle (1) has a brake plate (3) arranged at a lower side (2), and an adjusting device (7) for moving the plate from a resting position (4) to a braking position (5) on a road surface (6). The device connects the plate with the vehicle by using a carrier (15). The device has a vibration unit for active generation of vibration at the plate on the road surface in the braking position, where frequency of the vibration lies outside of resonance frequency of the vehicle. A flexible pulling element (8) has an electrical wire for supplying electrical energy to the vibration unit.
