Seat tracks (3) each include a lower rail (4), an upper rail (6), a lock lever (22), and a handle (31). When a handle (31) is operated, the lock lever (22) is set in a locking state or an unlocking state by engaging and disengaging the lock lever (22) with and from lock recesses (12) in the lower rail (4). The lock lever (22) is supported pivotally with respect to the upper rail (6) by pivot support portions, in which support holes in side plates of the upper rail (6) and protrusions (24) on arm plates (23) of the lock lever (22) are fitted together. A torsion coil spring (33), which interlocks the handle (31) and the lock lever (22), includes a second stopper (36a), which hooks on first stoppers (28) provided on the arm plates (23) of the lock lever (22).
