The acceleration sensor (21) is disposed between the one end portion (12) of the rod (11) and the other end portion (13) of the rod (11). Accordingly, sensitivity to pitch vibration of the rod (11) is reduced so that accuracy in detection of rigid body resonance in the axial direction is enhanced.",
