The number n of base units is between 1 and 5 inclusive. The nth base unit being covered with another cross-linked silicone resin layer, also having expandable graphite particles from a temperature greater than a cross-linking temperature of the resin, to form a laminate with an alternating resin layer and a fabric or knit layer.",
