The device (1) has a stand frame (2) mounted on a rotation axis (7) of a support element (3). A holding element (4) is rotatably or pivotably mounted on a rotation axis (6) of the support element. A rim-shaped body is attached with the holding element, where direction of the rotational axis of the supporting element is different from direction of the rotation axis of the holding element. The support element is arranged at the stand frame. A U-shaped element is attached to the support element and provided with two idle legs (16) and a connection leg (17).
