"textContent": "A vehicle electric power management system configured to manage electric power for a vehicle includes a first controller and a communicator. The first controller switches an operation state of each of in-vehicle units or communication between the in-vehicle units in the vehicle. The communicator communicates with a mobile device to be carried by an occupant of the vehicle. The mobile device includes a sensor configured to perform a detection of vibration or acceleration. When determining that a non-detection period of time exceeds a first predetermined period of time based on a result of the detection performed by the sensor, the first controller switches the operation state of each of the in-vehicle units or the communication between the in-vehicle units from a normal mode to a sleep mode. The non-detection period of time is a period of time in which the vibration or the acceleration is undetected.",
