The fixing system (1) comprises a rail (11), a fixing device (12) intended to fix the rail (11) on the instrument panel (2) of the aircraft cockpit without modification of said instrument panel (2) and at least one mobile carriage (13) provided with a support device (14), capable of being translated along the rail (11) and being brought in particular into an operating position (P1), said support device (14) being provided with a support tablet intended to carry the screen (4), capable of being raised in the operating position (P1) and lowered onto the mobile carriage (13) during a translation of the mobile carriage (13) on the rail (11), the fixing system (1) and the screen (4) thus being able to be installed easily and quickly and this without modification of the instrument panel (2).
