DRIVE April 23, 2014
Source
The system (1) has gear elements (7-10) rotatably connected with each other in pairs at a front upper hinge point (3), a rear upper hinge point (4), a rear lower hinge point (5), and a front lower hinge point (6) for vertical adjustment of a vehicle seat (40). A drive (13) varies a distance between the rear upper hinge point and the rear lower hinge point for tilting the vehicle seat from front. The drive is hydraulically, pneumatically, electrically or pyrotechnically operable. A locking element engages with the pushing element in form-fit manner in a rest position.
