The housing has a tubular expressed housing wall (10) provided with a circular suction. A hood-shaped part is arranged in an outer housing wall. An inner housing wall (12) is provided with a circular base surface outer contour (K) in a region of the outer housing wall. A bar (11) is located at the outer housing wall. A flow channel is limited by the expressed housing wall. A pipe is provided in a built-up barrel, and moves along the inner housing wall. The bar moves along axial direction of the inner housing wall and the outer housing wall.
