The control device (180) controls the electric power transmission based on a monitoring result obtained by monitoring the surroundings of the vehicle, and a door state detection result obtained by detecting whether or not a door of the vehicle is open. The control device (180) causes, if the door state detection result indicates that the door is open, the power transmitting apparatus to reduce the power of the electric power transmission, and controls the electric power transmission without using the monitoring result.",
