The duct member and the back surface member are integrally foam-molded with the pad body. The back surface member has an overlapping portion which is not provided on a bottom surface of the ventilation passage but is provided so as to overlap the duct member in the direction perpendicular to the plane in a non-bottom area outside the bottom surface.",
