Based on at least one of results detected by an occupant sensor for detecting motion of an occupant of the vehicle and detected by a vehicle sensor for detecting a state of the vehicle , the attention degree estimation unit estimates a degree of attention of the occupant to an approaching object approaching the vehicle . When the degree of attention of the occupant estimated by the attention degree estimation unit is below the predetermined threshold, the alighting restriction unit causes at least one of the door opening/closing device , the audio output device , and the image display device in the vehicle to execute the alighting restriction operation.
