Further, when a second operation for the shift change operated members 42, 45, 24 is performed in an auto mode, the controller 30 switches from the auto mode to the manual mode and changes shift position in response to the second operation, and then, when a predetermined condition is fulfilled, returns to the auto mode without the operation by the rider. According to the controller 30, temporal switching to the manual mode and complete switching to the manual mode may be selectively executed by a simple operation.
