When the braking device is activated and the accelerator operation member is operated, the controller 30 restricts the change of the transmission ratio toward the low-speed the timing of which is determined by the brake activation time processing unit 34d. According to the controlled 30, the change of the transmission ratio toward the low-speed is restricted under a situation where the change is not suitable for a rider's intention.
