Device and method for detecting wheel-track friction

The device has an electric circuit such as Wheatstone Bridge circuit, comprising two branches (11, 12) that is mounted in the form of a bridge, where each branch comprises a set of sections that is electrically connected in series at one connection point (A 1). Each section is arranged with a set of same resistors (R1-R4), and a set of same electric generators (G1-G4) that is utilized for generating electric energy. A voltage measurer (4) is arranged for measuring voltage between the connection points. The voltage measurer provides a voltage value that exceeds a threshold value.
