A first drive arm and a second drive arm are rotatably provided. A tip portion of the first drive arm and a device main body are connected to each other through a first connection link, and a tip portion of a second drive arm and the device main body are connected to each other through a second connection link. Since each of the drive arms and the device main body are connected to each other through an axial rotational portion, the device main body is smoothly moved and the occurrence of rattling due to vibration of a vehicle body is suppressed.
