An end cover assembly, an energy-storage apparatus, and an electricity-consumption device are provided in the present disclosure. The end cover assembly includes an upper cover, a lower plastic member, a first terminal-post, and a first pressing ring. The upper cover includes a first protrusion and defines a first mounting recess. The lower plastic member defines a first accommodating recess. The lower plastic member is stacked with and connected to the upper cover. At least a part of the first accommodating recess is positioned in the first mounting recess. The first terminal-post passes through the upper cover and the lower plastic member. The first pressing ring is sleeved on the first terminal-post and fixedly connected to the first terminal-post. At least a part of the first pressing ring is positioned in the first accommodating recess and fixed connected to a recess wall of the first accommodating recess. In a direction perpendicular to a thickness direction of the end cover assembly, an orthographic projection of the first pressing ring on the lower plastic member covers an orthographic projection of the first protrusion on the lower plastic member.
