A vehicle heat exchange structure is obtained that is capable of employing a functional component installed in a vehicle to cool a power unit. A vehicle heat exchange structure (10) includes: a heater core (66) that heats air by heat exchange between the air and a heating medium circulating between the power unit (12) and the heater core (66); and an exhaust duct (78) and an exhaust damper (80) that switch within plural modes including a first mode that introduces air that has been heated by the heater core (66) into a vehicle compartment as air conditioning air, and a second mode that expels air that has been heated by the heater core (66) to outside the vehicle.
