An ECU (800) includes a collision determination unit (810), a condition determination unit (820), and an output suppression unit (830). The collision determination unit (810) monitors an acceleration (G) detected by a collision sensor, and determines that a vehicle collision has occurred when the acceleration (G) is greater than a predetermined value. The condition determination unit (820) determines whether or not a vehicular speed absolute value (|V|) is smaller than a threshold vehicular speed (V0) in a determination period lasting from the determination of collision for a predetermined time (TO). The output suppression unit (830) suppresses an output of a vehicle driving force when the vehicular speed absolute value (|V|) is smaller than the threshold vehicular speed (V0) in the determination period.
