In accordance with the present invention, a separator having a porous coating layer comprising two kinds of inorganic particles which are coated with a coupling agent is manufactured to minimize a mechanochemical reaction, thereby inhibiting the production of unnecessary substances, and to easily introduce functional particles. Therefore, the separator of the present invention has superior thermal stability and can prevent the performance degradation of an electrochemical device.",
