Electronic control unit for motor vehicle braking systems

The control unit has a circuit board which holds electric and/or electronic components for driving a valve coil module (1). Valve coil module has a bobbin (10) having a valve dome receiving opening (8), solenoid (11) and coil terminal contact portion (4) which are enclosed to form cladding-shaped coil yoke (6). Valve coil module with coil terminal contact portion (4) is frictionally and/or positively connected to printed circuit board with carrier plate through holder (2). Holder is arranged on annular top surface of bobbin, whose inner diameter is formed in receiving opening.
