First and second marking-space forming regions (Qb and Qc) are formed respectively on the outer and inner sides of the dimple/fin forming region (Qa) in a radial direction of the tire. In the first marking-space forming region (Qb), first marking spaces (25) are formed to include a main regulation-marking space (26) to mark the contents of regulations except for UTQG ratings. In the second marking-space forming region (Qc), the second marking spaces (28) are formed to include spaces (27) for marking the non-regulated contents and/or the UTQG ratings. When measured from the rim line to the inner edge of the innermost dimple/fin row (21) in a radial direction of the tire, height (Ha) in a radial direction of the tire is set at 8~17 mm.",
