A vehicle-mounting charging apparatus is provided with a body case (10) that can be mounted on a ceiling part of a vehicle, and a charging coil (14) for contactless charging installed within the body case (10). A decrease in reliability related to vehicle control such as keyless entry control can be prevented, by installing a shield part (11) for shielding electromagnetic waves under the charging coil (14).
