A vehicle (1) is provided with a luggage compartment (4) that houses an additional support unit (20) having a loading floor (25; 55), height-adjustable between a lowered position and at least one raised position; when in the raised position, the loading floor (25; 55) is supported, but can rotate upwards about a horizontal axis of rotation (32); the unit (20) has two levers (37), which are hinged to a fixed structure (2) about a first horizontal axis (39) and to the loading floor (25; 55) about a second horizontal axis (41), which is set apart from the first horizontal axis by a variable distance.
