A terminal (24A) extending upwards from an electrode plate (24) directly connects to a terminal supports (17B) of the control board (17). On an inner surface of the casing (11), since a positioning means (28) that engages with the terminal (24A) to position the terminal (24A) and the plate (24), the thermal contact resistance between the flat heat exchanger tubes and the PTC heaters is reduced.",
