The arrangement (1) has a cable leading to a wheel part (5a) and comprising a wheel-part-fixed cable section (10A) that is arranged at the wheel part. An axle-fixed cable section (10B) is arranged at an axle body (4). A spacer comprises a wheel-part-flexible cable section (10C) and an axle-flexible cable section (10E) that are spatially arranged from each other, where the wheel-part-flexible section is used to compensate relative movement caused by steering movement (DB) and the axle-flexible section is used to compensate relative movement caused by spring movement.
