Exhaust gas treatment system (ATS) based on a PM-CAT filter

Exhaust gas treatment system (ATS) for an internal combustion engine based on a PM-CAT particulate filter, the PM-CAT filter being suitable to capture the particulate matter, the treatment system comprising a catalyst of the DOC type placed upstream of the PM-CAT filter according to a direction of the exhaust gas outflow (EG), and wherein the system comprises means for the active regeneration suitable to promote a reaction of active conversion of the particulate matter.
