A flyback down-regulator (80) lowers the battery voltage to be suitable for an input of a CPU power supply device (111) which forms a control voltage for a CPU (108). A contactor (90) is disposed on a plus-side line which connects a battery (40) to a motor drive circuit (100), and is opened and closed in response to an instruction from the CPU (108). Control power for the down-regulator (80) is formed by the BMU power supply device (110), and a main switch (113) is disposed to open and close a path through which the voltage of the control power is input to the down-regulator (80).",
