Button cell with anode coil and method for its production

The button cell (100) has a metallic cup portion (102a) and a metallic cover portion (102b) that are separated by an electrical isolating portion (108). A planar bottom portion (104a) and a planar cover area (104b) are arranged parallelly in a liquid tight locked housing. The housing is provided with an anode (112) made of zinc and a cathode (118). The anode is formed in form of a wickels whose front ends are projected towards planar bottom portion and planar cover area. The anode within the housing is axially pressed and/or compressed by windings (113). An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing button cell.
