The frame body (10) has an upper surface (11) and a first lateral plane (13); the plurality of battery units (20) are situated inside the frame body (10) and a first electrode (21) of each battery unit (20) is exposed to the upper surface (11); the first electric conductive sheet (31) touches the upper surface (11) and contacts the first electrode (21) for conducting the electric currents of the plurality of battery units (20); the first electric-insulated thermally conductive pad (41) is situated above the first electric conductive sheet (31); the first thermally conductive panel (51) is situated above the first electric-insulated thermally conductive pad (41) and contacts the first lateral plane (13)
