"textContent": "The present invention relates to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte solution for secondary batteries, which can maintain a small internal resistance and a high electrical capacitance in long-term use in a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using, as an active material, a crystalline carbon material having a high crystallinity, such as graphite and using a negative electrode produced using a polymeric carboxylic compound as a binding agent, and a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using the nonaqueous electrolyte solution for secondary batteries. The present invention further provides a nonaqueous electrolyte solution for batteries, which contains, as an (A) component, at least one compound selected from a group consisting of an unsaturated phosphate ester compound represented by a general formula (1) and an unsaturated phosphate ester compound represented by a general formula (2), as a (B) component, at least one compound selected from a group consisting of a sulfite ester compound, a sulfonate ester compound, an alkali metal imide salt compound, a fluorosilane compound, and an organic disilane compound or an organic disiloxane compound, an organic solvent as a (C) component, and electrolyte salt as a (D) component, and a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using the nonaqueous electrolyte solution for batteries.",
