There is provided an inverter (1) to be applied to a dispersed generation system (10) to interconnect with a system bus (7), which measures a system voltage (Vr) of the system bus (7), detects a voltage drop of the system bus (7), based on the measured system voltage (Vr), increases a frequency of a carrier wave when the voltage drop is detected, generates a signal wave to control an output current (Iiv) of the inverter (1), compares the carrier wave with the signal wave, generates a gate signal (Gt), and performs power conversion by PWM control, based on the generated gate signal (Gt).
