According to the invention, it is provided that at least one inertial measurement unit connected to the evaluation unit is arranged on the scanning unit, which is configured to detect accelerations and/or angular velocities of the rotating scanning unit and to transmit corresponding acceleration signals and/or angular velocity signals to the evaluation unit, and that the evaluation unit is configured to determine the coordinate data set additionally on the basis of the acceleration signals and/or angular velocity signals.",
