The mount base includes a bottom in the shape of a plate. The bottom has a core removal slit for removing a core, and the core removal slit extends in a longitudinal direction of the die-molded portion. The core removal slit has a length set shorter than the length of the core in the same direction. The bottom includes a thick-walled portion at a portion adjacent to an edge of the core removal slit.
