The carrier has a pivot beam with a first end having a pivot bushing and a slide compartment where an upper adjustable bearing slide is in contact with a lower adjustable bearing slide. The upper adjustable bearing slide has two pin saddles and the lower adjustable bearing slide has a threaded adjusting bolt receiver. A horizontal bearing pin with a plurality of roller bearings is inserted into the two pin saddles. An adjusting bolt is inserted into the threaded adjusting bolt receiver. A pivot pin is inserted into the pivot hole and the pivot bushing.",
