One of the two circuits is for providing power to and using power from the batteries onboard the mobile power system, and the other of the two circuits is for providing power to and using power from the vehicle battery. Voltage converting chargers couple the two circuits so that an external source power supply can flow to both electrical circuits, power can flow from one circuit to the other, power can flow from either or both of the two circuits to a combination inverter charger in the mobile power system, or a combination thereof.",
