Sunshade apparatus

A sunshade apparatus includes: a light blocking sheet (14) to block light at an opening (2) of a vehicle and open the opening; a winding member (13) to which a first edge (14a) of the sheet (14) is fixed and which is capable of winding and unwinding the sheet (14); turning members (18) disposed on both sides of the opening (2) in the width direction; a single rope member (19) adjustably engaged with a second edge (14b) of the sheet (14) in the operating direction, extending from both end portions of the second edge (14b) respectively toward the light-blocking side in the operating direction, and turning at both of the turning members (18) respectively toward the opening side in the operating direction, and whose both side terminals are respectively fixed to both end portions of the winding member (13) to be capable of being wound and unwound by the winding member (13); and an urging member (20) to urge the winding member to rotate.
