A primary adjustment knob is located on an adjustment shaft and is rotatable about an adjustment axis. The primary adjustment knob is configured to effect movement the primary vane about the primary vane axis. A secondary adjustment knob is coaxial with the primary adjustment knob and is independently rotatable about the adjustment axis. The secondary adjustment knob is configured to effect movement of the plurality of secondary vanes about their respective secondary vane axes.",
