LIQUID LEVEL DETECTION DEVICE AND FUEL TANK STRUCTURE
DRIVE
December 4, 2013
A liquid level detecting device and a fuel tank structure are obtained that do not require provision of plural, independent detection electrodes. A liquid level detecting device 40 has a pair of electrode plates (42, 44), and has a first detection electrode (70A) that detects electrostatic capacitance between the pair of electrode plates, and a variable structure (60) that can vary a surface area of an overlapping region of the pair of electrode plates (42, 44) and can switch to a second detection electrode (70B) by changing the surface area by a predetermined amount with respect to the first detection electrode (70A).
