Device for supplying fuel to an internal combustion engine
DRIVE
November 27, 2013
The device has an engine feed pump (3) communicating with a container (1). A fuel filter (5) is interposed in a power supply conduit (9) downstream from the pump. A return circuit (14, 15) is connected to the conduit downstream from the filter. A control unit (19) controls the pump such that the control unit permanently provides a minimum flow of fuel, which is drawn from the container and crosses the filter according to a request by carburizing the engine, where the part of the fuel output from the filter is turned over in the container through the return circuit.
