R1, R2 : alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkaryl or aralkyl groups, which contain heteroatoms (O, N, S or Si); Z : divalent organic group, which contains, in addition to C and H, heteroatoms (O, N, S or Si); R3-R6 : H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkaryl or aralkyl groups, which contain heteroatoms (O, N, S or Si); and A : divalent organic group, which contains, in addition to C and H, heteroatoms (O, N, S or Si).
