An all-solid lithium secondary battery (10) manufacturing method comprises: a positive electrode active material layer formation step for forming a positive electrode active material layer (13) on a substrate (11); an electrolyte layer formation step for forming a solid electrolyte layer (14), which is connected to the positive electrode active material layer (13); a negative electrode active material layer formation step for forming a negative electrode active material layer (16), which is connected to the solid electrolyte layer (14); and a repair step for supplying a repair current between the positive electrode active material layer (13) and the negative electrode active material layer (16), and repairing any short-circuit faults generated between said layers.
