Exhaust gas turbocharger for a combustion engine

The turbocharger (100) has a waste gate valve mechanism (102) that adjusts opening degree of waste gate port (101) of turbine housing (106). The axial ends (104,105) of spindle (103) of waste gate valve mechanism are rotatably mounted on housing. A waste gate valve (107) of valve mechanism is rotationally fixed relative to the axial ends of spindle, so that the waste gate valve is rotated by the spindle between closed position in which the waste gate valve closes the waste gate port and open position in which the waste gate valve opens the waste gate port for flowing exhaust gas.
