Tension calliper element, cell monitoring unit, battery unit and method for producing same

The tap element (1) has a bracket made of aluminum. An end of the bracket is formed with a contact region for establishing an operative connection to an electronics unit (4). An intermediate piece made of copper is permanently connected to the bracket at the contact region and solderable using a surface mount device (SMD) technology. The intermediate piece is connected with the electronics unit by a solder connection using the SMD technology. Another end of the bracket is formed with another contact region for establishing an operative connection to a battery cell (2). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a cell supervisory circuit (CSC) (2) a method for manufacturing a battery unit with a CSC.
