A passenger service system (10) comprises an individual ventilation arrangement (18) and/or a lighting arrangement (20), wherein at least one air nozzle (24) of the individual ventilation arrangement (18) and/or at least one reading lamp (26) of the lighting arrangement (20) is/are disposed in the region of a service surface (32) of the passenger service system (10). The service surface (32) of the passenger service system (10) comprises a substantially flat portion (34) as well as a buckled portion (46), which is curved convexly relative to the substantially flat portion (34) and extends along a longitudinal axis (L P ) of the passenger service system (10).
