Nozzle and method of making same

A nozzle is disclosed. The nozzle comprises a plurality of holes (1220) formed therethrough connecting one side of the nozzle with an opposite side of the nozzle, each of the holes comprising: a hole entry (1240) on the one side of the nozzle having a first shape; a hole exit (1260) on the opposite side of the nozzle having a second shape; and an interior surface (1250) connecting the hole entry to the hole exit, wherein the hole entry and the hole exit are connected by at least a portion of the interior surface that is curvilinear.
