A resin vehicle door structure including: an outer panel (12, 14) that is disposed to a vehicle compartment outer side of a vehicle door; an inner panel (16) that is made from resin, disposed to a vehicle compartment inner side of the outer panel, and joined to the outer panel by an adhesive; a protrusion portion that is provided on the inner panel and protrudes towards the vehicle compartment outer side; and a hole portion that is provided on the outer panel and that positions the outer panel in a vehicle door width direction with respect to the inner panel by interlocking with the protrusion portion.
