Then, one of an upper holding frame 141 and the middle holding frame 131 includes two protrusions 171 that are in contact with an outer peripheral face of each battery cell 101 and the other includes a pressing part that presses the outer peripheral face of the battery cell 101 1 inwardly in the radial direction.
