Power electronics module, method for producing

The module (2) has two half-bridges (3 - 5) and half-bridges designed as high-side switching elements (3', 4', 5') and low-side switching elements (3'', 4'', 5'') where outputs of the half bridges are connected to each other at one terminal (A1) i.e. plug contact. A bridge circuit (1) comprises the high-side switching elements with a control line (S1') and the low-side switching elements with another control line (S1'') where the control lines are connected in parallel. Another bridge circuit is formed as another terminal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a control device (2) a method for manufacturing a power electronics module.
