Method for producing a solenoid valve
DRIVE
October 2, 2013
The method involves applying two reinforcing elements to two base materials of an armature (106) and a magnet core (111) by molten bath spraying or cold gas spraying processes. The armature is provided axially opposed to the core, where a material of the reinforcing elements has a melting point higher than 500 degrees Celsius. One of the reinforcing elements is provided in a surface area of the armature, which is provided perpendicularly to an axial direction (112) of a valve needle (110). The other reinforcing element is provided in a surface area of the core facing the armature. An independent claim is also included for a solenoid valve.
